We are beginning our movement into full-time ministry, which means we are in the need of considerable financial support. We believe that God blesses us each and every one with our needs in His perfect timing and in accordance to His will.
Proverbs 3:9, "Honor the LORD with your wealth, with the firstfruits of all your crops…"
Jesus taught that our money is an indicator of our hearts and Paul taught that if we are loved by God and love Him in return we would give cheerfully, sacrificially, and regularly.
We believe that the biblical standard for giving is 10%, commonly called a “tithe”. We also believe that anything above and beyond the first 10% is considered an offering, which is our hope to acquire from those who support where God is leading this ministry. We believe that God will provide for our ministry as He faithfully does, yet we ask that as a financial supporter you pray about giving, not instead of your 10%, or part of your 10%, but in addition to your 10% - because we are not about taking from the churches and ministries you currently support.
Before giving to Straight and Narrow Ministries please say this short prayer of Thanksgiving.
Jesus, thank you for providing for all of my needs.
Please accept this offering as an act of worship
and thanksgiving. Bless the hands that receive it
and give them wisdom in applying it to the needs
of the community and the administration of the ministry.
